Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Converse AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Description of Service

Converse AI is a platform that enables businesses to create, configure, and deploy AI-powered voice agents for use cases such as order confirmation, appointment booking, and custom conversational flows. The Service includes a web dashboard, backend API, and integration with third-party providers (Retell AI, Clerk, Supabase, Google Calendar).

Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Make automated calls that violate telecommunications regulations
  • Misrepresent AI calls as human where disclosure is legally required
  • Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or derive the source code of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content via agent prompts

Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the content you provide (business information, agent prompts, customer data). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to use any data you provide, including customer phone numbers and personal information.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers including Retell AI, Clerk, Supabase, Google Calendar, and Vercel. Your use of features powered by these providers is subject to their respective terms and policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

Voice Call Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing automated and AI-generated voice calls in the jurisdictions where you operate, including but not limited to consent requirements, do-not-call registries, and disclosure obligations. The Service provides tools; compliance is your responsibility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Converse AI and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Converse AI and its team from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
